costs. Because we use a cost-based shipping rate, you will never be surprised at checkout with an
unexpected shipping amount. We treat every item you purchase as if it were our own and we take

Shipping:
All items are shipped by either UPS or United States Postal Service(USPS) or FedEx. Generally, shipments under $95 in value and under 3 lbs. in weight ship via USPS which can take, between 3 and 8 business days for delivery.
Shipments over $95 and/or over 3 lbs. in weight ship via UPS. UPS ship times vary depending on what area of the country we are shipping to. We are on the East Coast, so shipping using standard UPS can take up to 6 business days to the West Coast.

* Our flat rate shipping charges are calculated based on pre-tax and pre-discount merchandise totals.
* Flat rate shipping charges apply to orders shipping within the 48 contiguous United States only.
* For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or international destinations, there may be an additional charge for express deliveries.
* We mainly use USPS as our primary shipping carrier however some heavier packages > 3 lbs. may be shipped using UPS.

Orders are typically shipped the same or following business day. You will be notified by e-mail if the
item is not available to ship within 2-3 days.
Our Refund Policy
At Trendy Leather, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that
you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your
purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of placing
your order to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return
authorization number.
Once a return is authorized, if the product is defective, we will refund your payment and send you a
return shipping label. Otherwise, you will receive your payment less any shipping charges. If you
received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the
products to you. Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging. We must receive
the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to
reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Please note that we do not accept returns on any personalized or monogrammed items in our store.
